Miss Onifade Oyindamola Enitan is a health information officer who hails from Oyo State, she owns a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management and PGD in Health Safety and Management from the University College Hospital and formazione Business School Abuja. A registered Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN AND OSHA).

She is presently working as the head of Health information Management Department, and she renders services in all aspects of record management including data collection, data quality management integrity disclosure and privacy of patient health information.
